DELIVERY All Swarovski Havaianas are custom-made when ordered so please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped. It may take shorter or longer depending on your order. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. PAYMENT We accept payment by credit or debit card through our secure site checkout, Amazon Checkout, Google Checkout and PayPal. SHIPPING Crystal Republic ships worldwide via United States Postal Service. US orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail (2-3 day delivery once shipped) and all International orders are shipped via USPS Express mail (5-10 business days once shipped). If you need to put a rush on your order, please email us and we will do everything we can to accomodate you. There is an additional $25 charge for rush orders. SHIPPING COST Shipping cost is based on your Order Total. U.S. Orders $0-$25: $6.95 $25-$100: $8.95 $100-$150: $9.95 $150+: FREE SHIPPING RETURNS and EXCHANGES Due to the custom-made nature of our product, we do not allow returns on any of our Swarovski crystal Havaianas. Each pair is custom-made specifically for you when ordered. We do accept exchanges on unworn merchandise within 7 days of receipt, as long as the item is shipped back in the original packaging, using an insured service. Please return item/s in original shoe box and do not adhere shipping labels to the shoe box. Omission or damage to the shoe box may result in a fee. Please ensure you package the shoes carefully to avoid damage in transit. If we receive the shoes and they are damaged due to poor packaging, you will not be able to exchange them for a new pair. Refunds issued will be less shipping and handling. Buyer pays for return shipping on exchanges and returns. Please contact us if you need to exchange an item and we will provide you with the proper return shipping instructions. IMPORTANT: Once the shoes have been worn, we do not allow returns or exchanges for any reason! HAVAIANAS SIZING Havaianas run very large! The US size stamped on the shoe is NOT the actual US Ladies size! Please refer to the size selection menu in the item's description for an accurate US size conversion of each style. Every style fits a little differently! Due to Havaianas manufacturing process, length/width of sandal may vary from 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch between styles in the same size. Crystal Republic has no control over these discrepancies. Size conversions are done to assist you in selecting the right size. It is always best to use the measurement of the sandal if you are unsure of your Havaianas size.

Therefore, they should not be treated like a regular pair of flip flops. Always store your crystal flip flops in a cool place. Always protect the crystal straps from being squashed. (TIP: Wrap them with some bubble wrap, loosely, if you need to pack them for travel.) Each pair of Swarovski crystal Havaianas comes with a few extra crystals, just in case! The item is not considered to be defective if you happen to lose a crystal or two - it is just the delicate nature of the hand-made item. Depending on how well you care for your crystal flip flops, you may never, ever lose a single crystal! |
