DELIVERY All Swarovski Havaianas are custom-made when ordered so please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped. It may take shorter or longer depending on your order. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. PAYMENT We accept payment by credit or debit card through our secure site checkout or via PayPal. SHIPPING Crystal Republic ships worldwide via United States Postal Service. US orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail (2-3 day delivery once shipped) and all International orders are shipped via USPS Express mail (5-10 business days once shipped). If you need to put a rush on your order, please email us and we will do everything we can to accomodate you. There is an additional $25 charge for rush orders. RETURNS and EXCHANGES We do not accept returns on our Swarovski crystal Havaianas since all items are custom-made just for you when ordered. We are happy to do exchanges on unworn merchandise within 7 days of receipt, as long as the item is shipped back in the original packaging, using an insured service. We do accept returns on plain Havaianas within 7 days of receipt. HAVAIANAS SIZING Havaianas RUN LARGE! Please refer to the sizing chart in the item's description for an accurate size conversion of each style. Generally you should order one full size down from your normal US shoe size but every style fits a little differently, so please look at the size chart before selecting your size. SPECIAL CARE OF YOUR CRYSTAL FLIP FLOPS Swarovski crystal Havaianas are hand-made by placing each crystal, one at a time, and gluing them on using the strongest adhesive available. Therefore, they should not be treated like a regular pair of flip flops. Every pair of Swarovski Havaianas comes with a few extra crystals, just in case! The item is not considered to be defective if you happen to lose a crystal or two - it is just the delicate nature of the hand-made item. Depending on how well you care for your crystal flip flops, you may never, ever lose a single crystal!
